"And we thought that he was doing alright. And she says hello. I can't forget the ghost of his smile."

"Yes your hair smells like sunshine today. Gasoline horses will take us away."

Really thankful for all the music he gave us during his lifetime.

Best wishes go out to his family.

Giant Stairs - A Weather

Giant Stairs - A Weather

New release on Bad Panda Records: Giant Stairs by A Weather

From Portland, Oregon, A Weather are here for your listening pleasure. The indie-folk unit will release today, March 2, their forthcoming sophomore album Everyday Balloons, on Team Love Records (the label founded by Conor Oberst/Bright Eyes).

"Giant Stairs" is their new single from the upcoming album and the hushed-pop of this track has all of the charm and soft arrangement that made their debut, Cove, so entrancingly great.
